UNITED BAGS COMPANY, S.L., owner of BibaShops.com, arranges product transportation through contracted carriers.
Delivery timeframes vary based on product availability, shipping method, and destination country. UPS may deposit packages at Access Points if recipients are unavailable.
Please complete delivery forms accurately, especially contact telephone numbers, to prevent delivery issues.
Order tracking is available via carrier email notifications or by contacting our Customer Service.
Shipping costs depend on destination country, item volume/weight, and packaging. The exact price is calculated upon adding items to cart and appears on the purchase summary page before order confirmation.

Customs
Import duties are the recipient's responsibility. If recipients refuse delivery to avoid import charges, packages are returned to local customs offices, not to the seller. Unpaid tariffs result in package abandonment without refund.
3. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange or return products.
Return methods
- In-store: Free returns and exchanges at any BIBA physical store.
- By mail/courier: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Product conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- A copy of the delivery receipt must be included.
- A note explaining the return reason must be included.
- Returns from outside the EU must be marked "DEVOLUCION" (return).
- UNITED BAGS COMPANY will not accept customs duty charges.
