SHIPPING & RETURNS

The transportation of purchased items will be carried out through the shipping service contracted by UNITED BAGS COMPANY, S.L. (owner of the Online store bibashops.com). Delivery times will adjust according to stock availability and the shipping method and destination country selected.

Our courier service will deliver your items from Monday to Friday to the delivery address provided when placing the order.

Delivery times, from the moment the package leaves our warehouse, will depend on the destination and range between 1 – 10 working days.

Order tracking will be done via an email sent by the courier service or by contacting Customer Service. This email will inform you at all times of the location of your order until final receipt by the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination country, volume and weight of the purchased items, and the packaging used. The exact shipping cost will be shown in the checkout summary before confirming the purchase by clicking "Confirm order" and before entering payment details.

When you receive the item purchased on www.bibashops.com, you must check that it matches what was ordered, that it is in perfect condition, and that no damage has occurred during transport.

If you detect any issue, you must inform us within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt by sending an email to pedidos@biba.es including your personal details, order number, and a description of the issue. We will contact you as soon as possible with a solution.

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days after receiving the shipping notification, please do not hesitate to contact us at pedidos@biba.es so we can check the situation and provide a solution.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and the Azores may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customers.

CUSTOMS

Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient, who must pay them to receive the order. If delivery is refused in order to avoid import charges, the parcel will be returned to the local customs office, not to us. If customs fees are not paid on time, the package will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued in this case (abandonment).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange the product.

The delivery date will be used as a reference to count the 30-day period.

Product returns can be made:
Free of charge at any of our stores. You may also request an exchange in store.
By post or courier, and you must assume the direct return costs such as transport charges.

Products must be returned in the following condition:
They must not have been used, washed or damaged.
They must include the original label.
They must include a copy of the delivery note.
They must include a note explaining the reason for return.

For returns sent from outside the EU through Post Offices, the box "RETURN" must be checked. United Bags Company, S.L. will not accept any customs fee charges.

The refund will be processed within 2–3 days after receiving the product.
