The transport of the purchased items will be carried out through the transport service contracted by UNITED BAGS COMPANY, S.L. (owner of the online store BibaShops.com). The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the product in the warehouse and will be subject to the type of shipment and the country of delivery. If the shipment is made with the UPS agency, in the absence of the recipient it can be deposited at Access Point in order not to delay delivery. Customs costs are borne by the recipient, so the recipient must pay import charges to receive your order. The products must be returned in the following state:

- For returns from outside the EU sent through Post Offices, check the "RETURN" box. United Bags Company, S.L. will not accept charges for customs fees.
